Nasip legal information

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Nasip. Nasip is an adults-only entertainment service for conversations with fictional characters generated by artificial intelligence. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Effective date:

1. Eligibility and agreement

You may use Nasip only if you are at least 18 years old, can enter a binding agreement, and may lawfully use the service where you live.

  • Provide accurate age information and do not allow a minor to access the service through your device or session.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Nasip. We may ask you to accept updated terms before continuing.

2. Fictional AI service

Characters and conversations in Nasip are generated by software. They are fictional and are not human users, do not have bodies or lives outside the service, and cannot meet you in the real world.

  • AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, repetitive, or unsuitable. Do not rely on it as fact.
  • Nasip does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when appropriate.

3. Anonymous account and access

Nasip currently creates an anonymous account tied to session data stored on your device. There is no password, account transfer, or independent recovery credential.

  • Protect access to your device and session. Removing app data, losing the device, or losing the session may permanently remove your ability to access the account.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your session and must notify us if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

Use Nasip lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, the service, or its providers.

  • Do not submit or request content involving minors, sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or other illegal material.
  • Do not harass others, impersonate a real person, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, probe security controls, scrape the service, automate access without permission, or interfere with operation.
  • We may restrict or end access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the public, or the service, or to comply with law.

5. Your content

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and enforce the service.

  • Submit only content you may lawfully provide. Do not share another person's sensitive information, confidential material, or protected work without permission.
  • Conversation content and relevant context are processed by AI and infrastructure providers to generate replies and run the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions, coins, and gifts

Paid subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play and may renew automatically under the store terms shown at purchase.

  • Manage or cancel a subscription in the store account used to purchase it. Deleting your Nasip account or the app does not cancel a store subscription.
  • Coins, gifts, and other virtual items are limited licenses for use in Nasip. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed outside the service except where law requires.
  • Billing, cancellation, and refund rights are governed by the applicable store terms and mandatory local law.

7. Safety, reports, and moderation

Safety controls and AI instructions reduce some risks but cannot prevent every harmful or unwanted response.

  • You may report a character interaction. A report may preserve a bounded conversation excerpt for investigation, but we do not promise immediate human review or a particular outcome.
  • Nasip is not monitored as an emergency channel. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services.

8. Service ownership and AI output

Nasip, its software, design, characters, artwork, and other service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

  • AI output may resemble output provided to other users and may not be unique. We do not promise that output is protectable, accurate, or available for exclusive use.
  • If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, unless applicable law says otherwise.

9. Availability and changes

Nasip is under active development. Features, characters, limits, prices, and availability may change, and the service may experience interruptions or errors.

  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. When law requires notice or another remedy, we will provide it.
  • You are responsible for a compatible device, network access, store account, and any third-party charges.

10. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion in the app settings. The request removes the account and begins cleanup of account-linked data and provider records, subject to technical completion, legal requirements, and limited records we must retain.

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, legal requirement, security risk, or material harm to the service or others.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nasip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable operation or output.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will publish the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
